The LOBAND coupler is a unique patented clamp that allows you to fit round tube to round tube and round tube to square tube either side by side or at right angles, without the need for any tools.

The LOBO Work Platform System is an industrial maintenance work platform system which can easily be tailored to individual requirements to provide a bespoke work platform.
The LOBO Scaffolding System is a unique modular access system, based around a patented clamping design, which absolutely anyone can use to assemble custom work platforms with absolutely no need for tools, thus eliminating the need to hire outside scaffolding help for every new task or project.
The Tower configuration can be assembled within minutes and once erected, it can be scaled to reach most ceiling heights without the use of any tools.
Its unique ability to increase productivity, whilst maintaining uncompromising safety standards, puts the LOBO System in a class of it’s own.
The system comprises of steel legs, of a variety of heights with adjustable top and fixed side bracing clamps. Tubes are then passed through the clamps, which are hand-tightened, to form a trestle. This trestle forms the basis of the system to which sway braces, wheels, handrails, outriggers, extensions and even a lifting beam can be added to enhance the construction.

The LOBO System can be assembled quickly, easily and safely in restricted access areas, without the need for tools, by your own in-house maintenance crew. This means out sourced scaffolding labour costs can be reduced without compromising safety. Areas, previously considered difficult to get to, can now be accessed with ease for maintenance and cleaning purposes.
The LOBO Contractor Kit 1 quickly flat packs into a small van for field based engineers. It can be assembled to a maximum standing height of 2.75m and uses 1.2m LOBO deck boards.
Wheels are optional, and with outriggers for stability, toe boards, and ladder, the kit can be quickly assembled within 20 minutes. The LOBO Contractor Kit can be removed from the van and assembled into a trolley to facilitate easy site transportation before it is configured into a full system.

Escalator & Stairs

Lifting Sliding Beam
The LOBO Systems Lifting Slider Beams are fully certified, durable, and come in 5 different sizes to suit any application.
The Beams must be attached to the LOBO System and have been subject to load and structural calculations.
The LOBO System’s Hop Up
The LOBO System’s Hop Up Platform ensures safety at height and, like all LOBO systems, the Hop Up can be assembled promptly and without tools. By retracting its telescopic feet, the Hop Up can be wheeled through a standard door frame.
There is a fail-safe rear handrail that automatically locks into place behind the user, and flat packs, allowing easy storage and transport. It is straightforward to construct and, by following the manufacturer’s guidelines, ensures that the strict and safe Working at Height legislation is met.
The LOBO Systems Ladder Guard has been specifically designed to prohibit unauthorised access to your LOBO Advanced Platform System, whilst also complying to Health and Safety regulations.
The product fits on LOBO ladders, complete with a padlock and integral chain for securing the guard to your ladder. The LOBO ladder guard is 270mm wide by 1200mm long and has a carry handle to make installation quick and simple.

The LOBO Systems Gate adds safety and security to your existing LOBO Platform System and complies with the Working at Height safety regulations.
Its purpose is to safely secure the opening, prevent falls from height and it incorporates a robust spring which closes the gate after use to automatically secure the ladder opening. This can be attached to the vertical side using Lobands, providing a self-closing gate. A side-stop is then attached to prevent the gate from opening outwards, reducing any risk of accidents.
This is reversible and simply attaches using three Loband couplers. Two of the Lobands are used to fit the gate and the third Loband is used to attach the side stop.
The LOBO Systems Tool Tray is a portable tool shelf which can be attached anywhere on the LOBO System or Hop Up. Made from steel with a rubber insert mat for protection, it is fully adjustable and robust with a weight rating of 10Kg or 22 lbs. The LOBO Systems Tool Tray is ideal for maintenance engineers and tradesmen.
When used with a TL2 it can be configured to standard bench height.
The System can be flat packed for easy transportation and storage.
The Bumper fits around the LOBO System tubes perfect for protecting highly valuable machinery. The foam material acts as a cushion for accidental impact. It’s easy to put on or take off as well as store.
